Micrómetro dial-indicator-mount

A dial indicator is a useful tool in leveling the bed on most any printer. I wanted to mount one on my Ender 2 but the mounts I could find on Thinkiverse were either difficult to print or did not accommodate the plastic trim on the Ender 2. The mount I designed will snap onto the 2020 beam and can easily slide side to side. I also added hooks to allow the use of rubber bands to additionally secure the mount to the rail, although they aren't really necessary.

I added small rafts to facilitate printing, which can be easily cut away post printing.
