I have added a 2nd plate to the profile that has a very slow outer wall speed. This slows the print down, but makes it so the surface is an even finish. That should fix the shiny ear problem.

Turned out great! Used a tri-coloe silk filament (same filament color was used for both) and they'll work great at my office for holding my binder clips.
