Printed clean, but was a very tight fit for the RPI. I had to lightly sand down the cover at the USB end to get it to stay closed. Possibly my printer needs calibration?

I've had some difficulties on my own aswell, so it's most likely not your printer, but the material is quite a big factor. I am looking into it :)

Almost perfect, but my rPi 4B cannot fit neatly in the case because the circle port isn't high enough to allow the screws to fit, so I can't use that port and seal the case. Might sand the circle port to allow everything to fit.
