Description

So, here I was on a Saturday evening a week ago. My partner was sitting next to me, and out of nowhere, they were like: “Hey, a life-size Eyebot up in that corner would look sick.”

Fast forward seven days later, and here we are because it seems like nobody wanted that before.

Let’s talk about the print:

It is horrible.

I just put the 3D model inside Bambu Studio and sliced it into small pieces until it was printable on the P1S.

I learned a lot while doing that, and if I were to do it again, I would do it differently.

However, if you're looking at this and expecting it to be a click-and-forget kind of print—it is not.

The supports kinda suck, and there are quite a lot of them. You will spend a considerable amount of time removing them.

And it probably won’t be perfect, but remember—that differentiates your Eyebot from the next. And it’s a nuclear wasteland; it’s not supposed to be shiny and new. 😆

I printed all of it in white PLA with the settings provided. There will be some fixing necessary because I messed up some connections.

If you're interested in the model but scared of that, hit me up—maybe I’ll fix it once I’m motivated enough to do it all over again.

I will also provide pictures once it is all glued together, and maybe even with some paint.
