VESA Compatible Display Standoffs (100mm & 75mm)
Print Profile(1)

Description
I ran into an issue when trying to mount two Samsung displays to a set of Dell monitor arms. The VESA adaptor plates were too big to fit into the recesses on the back of the monitor when the stands were removed. I decided to draw a standoff adapter to space the plate for the arms out so they were clear of the back of the monitor.
I used PETG as I did not have any ABS to hand. I would not use PLA as it may not be up to the task if the display runs warm at the back.
I used a set of M4 x 40mm machine screws with washers to secure it to the back of the display.
Specifically, I was mounting a pair of Samsung business monitors to a set of Dell MDA20 arms if that helps anyone. Obviously your mileage may vary, depending on your display and arm combination, but the VESA spacing is correct.
I am happy to adjust the height of the standoffs if anyone has a specific requirement, drop me a message.
