Description

I designed this tray to hold the Bosgame E3 mini PC that I am using for ProxMox in my Microlab.  It is a bit of a tight squeeze, to fit this in the rack, so there are a couple of points to note:

  1.  I added a lot of openings in the tray to allow some air flow, as I have the fan on top pulling air from the bottom.
  2.  Get a 90 Deg adapter so the power cord is not sticking out the back as shown in the attached photos.  This will allow the back plate to be attached, creating a better chamber for the air flow from the fan.  Mine arrives tomorrow from Amazon:  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B081TX6HB6?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title
  3. The rear of the tray is supported my long M3 bolts coming from the back of the rack.  I think I am using 20mm long bolts.  The holes are clearance fit, but be careful as the support wings are a bit delicate.
  4. Print with supports if oriented like I show.  I do this as all of my components have a textured outer face.

This is designed to be used with the cool Microlab project created by @CB4D, located here:  https://makerworld.com/en/models/1062225-microlab-mini-modular-home-server-rack#profileId-1050648
