Master Sword Toy

Print your very own Master Sword toy, reinforced with a 2' wooden dowel (Lite version) or 2' PVC pipe (original, heavier) for extra stability and durability!

This toy sword was modeled after the Master Sword from Zelda: The Wind Waker. The dowel/PVC pipe gives the model a solid feel, making it great for kid's imaginary play, your next cosplay or office display.

Assembly for LITE version requires a wooden dowel and some Super Glue:

• ½ inch by 2 foot wooden dowel. These can usually be found at just about any hardware store. The dowel in the image was purchased from Home Depot. Link here.
• Super Glue is recommended between parts. Any glue that works with wood should do the job. Link here.
• Note: some of the parts could be difficult to slide on the dowel due to various factors (filament type, dowel thickness variance, humidity). Consider sanding part of the dowel or using vegetable oil/lubricant on the dowel to make it easier. 

Assembly for original/Heavier version requires a PVC pipe and some Super Glue:

• 2 foot PVC pipe with ½ inch nominal inside pipe diameter. The inside diameter is important as it determines the width of the pipe. The pipe in the image was purchased from Home Depot. Link here.
• Super Glue is required between parts. Any glue that works with plastic should do the job. Link here.
