An adorably sweet design, perfect for gifting. Unfortunately, I also have that layer shift at the inner base. I even reprinted it, significantly tweaking the slicer settings, but to no avail. Which filament did you use? I used Sunlu PLA+ in white, which is quite translucent. Yours seems to have a wonderfully rich white hue.

I experimented with numerous settings and prints, yet this imperfection persisted, unfortunately I utilized Bambu Lab’s Ivory White PLA Matte

Could you please check your design file? Is it possible you have two separate bodies? I once had a similar issue where the base and walls were two distinct bodies

I thought so too, but it was only the body. I've recreated the file now and used a different technique for the cavity. I'm printing it right now and will get back to you with a hopefully better result

The print was incredibly fast. Just under an hour for the rabbit head plus heart ears. It's a minor shame that there are a few small, visible flaws where it joins the base plate. However, this is absolutely acceptable given the print time. The little ones will be delighted. Your next free boost is secured.

I'll try adjusting the seam position and then reprint it. Let's see if that's the issue. Otherwise, I can't explain the offset in some areas. It looks very pretty though!

I don't believe it's the seam. It seems to me more like the transition between the body (where the Kinder Surprise eggs will be later) and the ear cover. I suspect the fill settings for the lid or something similar. But since the customer needed four pieces to give away, I preferred the faster print time. However, I noticed this when I imported the pure STL into Creality Slicer without your file's integrated settings. With the default settings, it takes a full three hours for the head and two ears—your tweaked settings, however, took only about an hour on the otherwise significantly slower Bambu A1 Mini. I think that's where the problem lies. (HA! Pun intended!)

Got a little overhang but it was a great gift! Thanks!

Super easy print, worked perfectly on the first try. Unfortunately, a continuous seam is visible on the upper edge. The inner surface is partly fuzzy skin and partly smooth. For print optimization, the inside could be made completely smooth.

I printed the ears at 98%, 100% didn't fit for me

A fantastic gift idea I had to reduce the ears to 98% to ensure a proper fit The white Sunlu PLA+ is unfortunately somewhat translucent, yet the result is beautiful

Unfortunately, a continuous edge is visible on the top of the lid. Fuzzy skin is partially activated inside as well, and could be optimized for print speed

I have yet to determine the cause of the misaligned layers
