Description
Perfectly replicates the pinch fan that children play with, it took a long time to repeatedly modify, the final hand-cranked fan picture, the wind is whistling, only the fan blades rotate when pinched, and do not rotate when the rocker is retracted. One plate can be completed in 3 hours. No screws or other auxiliary parts are needed.
