If you like this model, please consider leaving a boost! It helps me create more models like this one.

This custom-designed box for Beyblade X easily attaches to your belt or fanny pack strap, keeping your Beyblade readily accessible for epic battles on the go. Inspired by the AvianTek design to carry the launcher.

Features:

  • Practical and Functional Design: The box snugly fits your Beyblade X, providing protection against bumps and scratches.
  • Easy Portability: Carry your Beyblade X on your belt or fanny pack, freeing up your hands and pockets.
  • 3D Printed: Designed for 3D printing, eliminating the need for additional parts.
  • Filament Hinge: Uses a piece of fused-end filament as a hinge pin, simplifying assembly and reducing costs.
  • Customizable: Print the box in your preferred colors and personalize it to your liking.

Assembly:

Assembly is straightforward and requires no special tools. Simply print the parts and use a piece of filament for the hinge.

I received a LOT of compliments on this during a recent tournament. I mirrored the belt portion so it’d be more conducive to being worn over the right-shoulder. It’d be nice to have this available by default and labeled for people. (also, it appears that the majority of shoulder bags on Amazon are right-shoulder) there weren’t any markings for “bey 1”, “bey 2”, or “bey 3”, so I decided to take some last-meter filament, melt it with a lighter, and apply dots to the lid by hand. it’d be nice if this model could also have these dots (or something similar) available as an option by default. without markings like these, a judge may deny the use of them in a tournament. The final possible improvement is adding a nub for your thumb to open the capsule more easily. (if you’re adding this to the strap of a fanny pack and it’s a tight squeeze, use a skinny flathead screwdriver to help push it through) All-in-all, I’m currently VERY happy with these and look forward to continuing to use them

Excellent ideas, I'll make a note of them for future versions. However, for the numbers, you can easily add them in Bambu Studio with the text tool

That’s a good tip! I’m new to 3D printing and didn’t know that’d be an easy thing to do. Thank you!

Very cool! Can you design a clip that can be attached directly to the pants at the top?

The parts I printed needed a lot of sanding to fit into the thick belt buckle. The tolerances are very slim, so make sure you have your printer dialed in. Other than that, this thing is great!

Now that it's done, yes, it works. It needed a ton of sanding and fiddling to get it to a usable state. That's probably an issue with my printer, more than anything. Also, pro tip for anyone who doesn't want to use filament for the hinge: grab some 16 gauge steel wire from your local hardware store. Most places will have it in the RV section. It's relatively easy to cut with a general use hardware shears, and it'll give you a sturdy hinge that won't go anywhere.

I figured it out! The middle part of the connector is too wide to fit in the slot on the belt buckle. It rubs up against the sides. See the pic for reference. That inner part should be 12 mm in diameter. That's the size that I've found fits.

I can't open the boxes onto my slicer software. It looks like they were downloaded as regular files instead of STL files.

If I hadn't previously uploaded the .stl files, only the .3mf project file generated by Bambu Studio was available. I have now uploaded the .stl files for your download.

I wish I could give this print a better rating. the print isn’t great on the outer face of the box; not smooth. two of the belt clips have broken too
