This model is a cable soldering fixture for conveniently clamping wires to achieve perfect soldering, with dimensions: 75*50*32mm, clamping range 0-15mm

It features fast printing, a large opening, stable clamping, and convenient portability

*All components of this model have been re-modeled with a specialized design, repeatedly utilizing features of FDM 3D printers like nesting and bridging. The design of inserting the spring inside the button allows for increased spring length, significantly extending the compression range, increasing the opening to a maximum width of 15mm, enabling it to clamp wires as well as small parts

*During the design process, various spring structural modes were tested (including but not limited to linear springs, tension springs, bolt-and-spring combinations, etc.) to enhance functionality. Ultimately, a more mature compression spring was used, and after multiple mathematical calculations and tests, the spring used in this model was determined, and it is also easy to replace

*The main body slideway has a fit clearance of 0.25mm, suitable for different types of filament, as they have varying expansion and sinkage rates. With more than 3 tightly fitting guide rails, the pressing process is exceptionally smooth

*Due to the use of bridging during printing, and potential slight friction between the bridged parts and the spring, unavoidable noise may occur during pressing, which is normal

*The solder collection box is detachable and can be printed separately. Utilizing the natural elastic properties of the material, along with side wall protrusions, it can be firmly snapped onto the main body

*The vertical stand base was the last component designed, equipped with resistance protrusions, ensuring stability and preventing it from falling. Designed to fit perfectly with the main body of the model, achieving a perfect fit

*This model is somewhat similar to another model of mine, but all components have been redesigned, and the functional parts are completely new original innovative designs to achieve a more perfect experience. I do not wish to replace the previous model with this one because it received very positive feedback, and I am concerned that an update with a completely changed overall structure would provide a negative experience for users who have already downloaded and used it.
