Description

NOTE: print in 0,08mm settings. I've recommended print with PET-G filament.

I've modeled 6 psc of hinges (4mm thick). Dimentions on the photos. No assemble - just hit print.

3 pcs has holes for tiny screws, and 3 other pcs without holes (to tape use).

After print only you must break first (inside) support and hinges are ready to use!

No screws, no bolts, no other stuff

How my hinges works?:

Every sigle hinge should works like above if you don't change settings of print (i mean layer height).

if you make the holes tear shaped you can avoid needing to use the lower heights to make sure the overhangs come out good

PET-G - hinges with holes

One of the best hinges I've tried... nice job. Print one hinge or all three sizes and they're beautiful ...BUT. Just a polite FYI... try printing just the smallest hinge multiple times on the same plate, it prints in two pieces. It does not Print In Place. It prints to be assembled. You can see this in Bambu Handy in the selection area where it says, 6/6 for the three different sized hinges. I didn't try this on the two other sizes. None the less I'll give your print two Boosts
