Key Features:

Customizable Fit: While optimized for standard homedepot type 3/4-inch pipe insulation as shown here, the handle can be scaled to accommodate various sizes, ensuring versatility for different foam thicknesses.

Enhanced Grip: Utilizing the ‘fuzzy skin’ mode during printing for the handle portion, the handle provides a textured surface on top of the voronoi pattern i threw on it, offering a comfortable and secure grip during play.

Secure Attachment: Designed with ribbed sections, the hilt allows for easy attachment to the foam blade using a couple standard zip ties, ensuring stability during use.  Make sure to trim them flush to avoid pointy bits.

Material Flexibility: Compatible with various 3D printing materials, shown here in Prusament PLA galaxy purple and Prusament PETG Neon Green).

Accessible Design Files: The package includes pre-sliced 3MF files for Bambu Slicer, along with generic 3MF and STEP files.
