NASA neon with EL wire

This is a pretty quick and easy project to be honest. The print should fit most standard print beds. And then you order 1 meter of EL wire in the color you want it to be on AliExpress for a few bucks:

You can go for a USB connection or a battery box. The EL wire snaps in the grooves in the print with some pressure. The sharper corners are a little harder but I'm sure you'll manage. 

Be warned, I'm not the most skilled technical designer, so it doesn't fit the 1 meter of EL wire exactly, there is about 2 cm of wire sticking out the end that I'm using as a kickstand. But apparently you can just cut this off if you want to go for the clean look.
