Description
UPDATE: Added knob to the gear, for more comfortable use.
UPDATE: Added +0,2mm tolerance for drawers holes, for gear pins to insert easier.
Fun to open cardboard spool drawers, with gears
Designed to print without supports, only “Main screw” is recommended to use manual supports that are included with file.
Printed with PETG.
Fit for spool size:
Inner hole: 53 mm
Spool diameter 200mm.
Spool height: 64mm.
Easy assemble added adapter to cut out guide holes in other cardboard spools also.
For smoother experience recommended to use drop of oil onto moving gear, but it is not necesary :)
ATTENTION: USE SAFETY EQUIPMENT WHEN CUTTING CARDBOARD AS IT MAY CAUSE HARM. KIDS SHOULD NOT PERFORM THESE ACTIONS WITHOUT PARENTAL ADVISOR.

Assembly instructions:
- First you need to cut cardboard box guide rails for drawers.
