Thank you for your interest in my first model I uploaded!

UPDATE: A newer version of this design has been published. No magnets, no hinge-design, no glue needed. The screen border and buttons are now removable. Follow the link here: Game Boy Inspired 60 Card Deck Box V2

Inspired by Ashwood's design, I decided to make a deck box from scratch that replicates the original Gameboy Color look.

Fits 60 single or double sleeved Pokemon cards.

Edit:

3/24/2025- Added Profile for a large version of the deck box with a slide top. Fits up to 100 double sleeved cards.

I decided to give this deck box a flip top, latch design with optional magnetic cutouts for 4x2mm round magnets.

You will need to print:

1x Gameboy TCG Box Main Body WITH LATCH.stl

1x Gameboy TCG Box Top Plate WITH LATCH.stl

1x Gameboy TCG Box Faceplate NO LOGO.stl

1x Gameboy TCG Box DPAD.stl

2x Gameboy TCG Box AB Buttons.stl

2x Gameboy TCG Box Start Select  Buttons.stl

Assembly:

Main body with top plate is designed to use your common 1.75 filament for the hinge pin. PLA recommended, anything softer will make it more difficult to install. Take your time fitting the filament through. Use soap or WD-40 if you are having a difficult time.

Tip: The latch may not catch perfectly to keep the lid closed, so I recommend using light heat to slightly bend the latch until your lid fits the way you want it to.

Faceplate and buttons are glued on, ( I use Super Glue Gel).
