pentastar_manifold_drill_jig

so this is a jig i made to take the head of a rusty bolt holding the intake manifold, on the pentastar engine… i am using it specifically with this product on amazon…  maybe ill add a link later? “4Pcs 6mm(1/4”) Shank Tungsten Carbide Rotary Cutting Burr Die Grinder Bit for DIY Woodworking, Metal Carving, Polishing, Engraving, Drilling, 150-160mm Length” but I think it would work with any ¼ shank, not sure, haven't tested the drilling process, but i did mess around a lot to make sure the fit was TIGHT… 16.35 seems to be the fit at the top of the hole… so i started at 16.2 stepped up to 16.25 then to 16.3 and finally 16.35… the stepping was only necesary on the, shorter smaller bit, on the bigger bit, you can just flip it around and use the 16.35 size, because the jig doesn't actually go that far down the recess… the inner diamater is 6.30… thanks for checking it out!
