Welding Fume Purifier/Polishing Dust Collector (No Hardware Required)

This model is a welding fume purifier, and it also serves as an excellent polishing dust collector and air purifier.

Its overall dimensions are 185*170*60mm. This versatile device features an adjustable angle and requires no hardware, making it an ideal DIY tool.

Required Materials:

1. One 12038 cooling fan (plus an adjustable or direct power supply). The fan dimensions are 120*120*38mm, and it can be 12V or 220V. The author uses a 20W, 220V adjustable-speed fan; while the airflow is relatively low, a higher-powered fan would yield better results.
2. The filter used is DISPIAE (available on Taobao/PDD), model number: T1-F01

Assembly Notes:

• The filter's mounting position is designed for a tight seal. Install it according to the video instructions. When removing it, avoid excessive force to prevent damage.
• The 12038 fan can be installed in either direction. Based on personal preference, the front filter is generally used for fume extraction, while the rear filter is used for polishing dust collection.
• The rear filter is not perfectly square. If it's a tight fit, try a different orientation (the difference is only 2mm; I didn't bother to adjust it as it doesn't affect usage).
• If using a 110V/220V power supply, protect the cables to prevent electric shock.
