Description:

Is your furry friend bored with the same old toys? Unleash their inner problem-solver with the "Wolfe Roll," an innovative, 3D-printable treat dispensing dog toy designed to provide hours of mental and physical stimulation. Inspired by my own dog, Wolfe, this toy is perfect for intelligent pups who love a challenge! Suitable for cats as well.

  • Adjustable Difficulty with Interchangeable Cover: Customize the challenge level with the included 3D-printable cover. Control the flow of treats and keep your dog engaged as their skills improve. Perfect for all ages and breeds!
  • Repurposed Cardboard Spool Integration: Designed to utilize readily available cardboard spools, making it an eco-friendly and sustainable toy option.
  • 3D Printable Design: Download the STL files and print your own "Wolfe Roll" at home! Easily customize colors and materials to suit your dog's preferences.
  • Designed for Dog's Natural Play: Created with a dog's natural behaviors in mind, allowing for rolling and flipping of the toy.
  • Enrichment and Mental Stimulation: Combat boredom and promote mental agility with this interactive toy. Perfect for keeping your dog occupied and happy.

Great idea, but unfortunately, the PLA tabs for attachment didn't hold and broke off. I simply drilled holes and attached screws

Thanks for the review and the boost very much appreciated. I will take a look at the model and see if I can reinforce the tabs. Good idea on the screws though. Thanks again

@TheAllegededEng It looks great, I already wanted to print it, but damn, why get attached to this cardboard coil... Maybe it's realistic to do the same thing, but a completely finished product without additional cardboard?

it’s the center to a Bambu spool. you’ll have plenty of them as you continue to print

The plastic tabs on the covers broke while assembling, will probably drill/screw like others have done. Might have been better if I'd used PETG. Still a cool little thing!

Thanks for the detailed review and the boost. Yeah it seems to be a common issue that I fortunately managed to avoid when printing for myself. I am thinking of removing the tab all together and like you said just using a bolt.

haha thanks. Mine tried to give it a go once he'd emptied of the treats. I heard it though and stopped him from destroying it and 3d printed a replacement.
