Transformers Jazz Autobot
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is “Jazz” in the designed style of Articulated Flexi's by HX8 (HAN).
Designed from scratch in Tinkercad, and similar in the way to keep up the similarity in line of the mighty Transformers chibi's.
This is going to be a bit of a complicated print, no doubt about it.
I have modeled and colored this in 6 colors, buuuut, have it separated into multiple parts so It CAN be printed on a 4 color printer.
Plate 1.
This is the main body of the figure, and should be straight forward, be sure to adjust your purge volumes if you decide to flush to infill. Its a long print, 11 or more hours, so buckle up. I made 5 at a time and added some objects to flush into, just to reduce the purge waste. It was around 24 hours.
Plate 2. ( this one has some unique issues.)
I have added 2 different orientations, as I was having issues with Bambu Studio getting bleed from the red.
DO NOT FLUSH INTO INFILL OR IT WILL BE PINK (Ask me how I know)
I recommend printing this one flat, but using the latest version of Orca Slicer, and heading to the
-Multimaterial Tab
-Maximum Width of a segmented region to ONE mm
This will get the red band across the from a smooth line, and not get any bleed into the white.
Play around with the top surface patterns and view them in the slicer. I settled on concentic after perusing the different possibilities, ( but really, its so small you wont really notice if you make it white.
Plate 3.
The last bit are the two little colored bits that can, if you choose, to snap into the pelvic section. Its a tight fit, I used a square block of wood, and set it on a sturdy table and just pressed down until it clicked in
Plate 4.
The alternate print direction which minimized the bleed, but was still slightly present. ( Try Orca, and use plate 2, You might like it)
When all the parts are printed, a drop of glue, and slide the hood onto the chest, pop the two highlights in to the body.. BOOM, You have the Might of Jazz.
