Description

I have tons of Pittsburgh spring clamps in my workshop (the kind with the green jaws that come in a variety pack from Harbor Freight), but the jaws fall off and get lost all the time.  So I finally designed replacement jaws that match the originals in size and shape so I don't have to throw away good clamps.

These are the larger jaws (29x20mm) which fit the large and medium clamps.  I'm working on a smaller version for the tiny clamps, will post when finished.  I printed in PETG-HF for durability, on the Textured PEI Plate to give the jaws a grippy texture.  (Original is in GREEN, my print is in WHITE.)

Hi, looks great, I just wonder if you (I cannot) make this with angles, the "other" way :) Instead of using the wood pieces there, I would like to only use clamp, but then I have to have the pads angled, its very steep angle, christmas star

EXACTLY what I needed to replace all the pads I’ve lost. Came out great, I even scaled it down to fit some of my smaller clamps. A-freakin’ plus
