Description
Since I sometimes buy big Spools like 2,5kg ones and they dont fit in the AMS, I need to respool them into the 1Kg BambuLab Spools. Searching for one that fits my needs was not possible. So I modified the “Spool Winder remix with ballbearings” from @rubarba. I made it bigger and added some stiffness to it. Now I can easily respool the 2,5Kg Spools to 1Kg Spools.
You still need the other side from @rubarba. This is only the modified side of the spooler, since it is a 2 split version, you can just change the donor side with this version.
It supports Spools with a width of max. 14,5cm and a diameter of around 26cm.
You also need 3x M3x10 screws to put on the connector on the bottom side. It connects boths split sites to make it more stable.
And 1x Bearing 12mm type 6901 (12*24*6) Doner axis pause at layer 52 to insert it and resume afterwards!
Also 1x Bearing 15mm type 6802 (15*24*5)
