Description
Disclaimer: Use at your own risk. There is no certainty of print quality. I have had no issues with strength or delamination, but your holds may break on you.
Hold is designed to be mounted with #8 screws.
This is a basic crimp. While I really like the crimp in my system set, I wanted a classic crimp that could be more comfortable. The default parameters are what's shown in my images. It's created with a base shape, a cylinder is used to cut the edge, and the result is rounded over. You should be able to edit the following parameters online through MakerWorld:
depth (mm) - Edge size from wall
width (mm) - Edge width
incut percent (%) - Somewhat arbitrary range from no incut to incut where I began to worry about strength. (You could try >100 though)
radius (mm) - Rounding applied to all edges for comfort
shape fn - Number of faces for base shape
edge fn - Number of faces for edge
round fn - Number of faces for rounding
