Schuko / Type F Socket Dust Cover V2

I noticed the free outlet sockets in my workshop and kitchen often getting dirty, so I designed the first version of this simple little dust cover, suitable for Schuko Sockets, aka Type F.

But, since sockets from different manufacturers have slightly different dimensions, the original covers would fit snugly into some outlets while being completely loose in others. 

Version 2 fixes this with a spring-loaded bracket design. Now they should fit snugly into any Schuko plug, no matter the manufacturer.

I tried to keep it as simple as possible, while I couldn't get around splitting the print into two parts, no supports or glue are needed to combine them. Both parts are held together with friction, but glue can be added if you want to make sure they never come apart. 

Version 1 is still available for anyone who doesn't need the extra functionality.

I tested the cover with various outlets, but let me know if they don't fit. 

WARNING: These are still NOT suited for baby proofing outlets or anything of the sort, they're only meant to keep dust and dirt out of the sockets, not kids.
