Description

ReSpool EuroVault – The Perfect Solution for Coin Organization

Update:

Here's also a dollar version of the ReSpool EuroVault for you. In the center, there's an extra cutout, perfect for storing things like banknotes. Since the dollar has two coins less than the euro, I thought I'd make use of that extra space.
Let me know what you think – I'm happy to make adjustments if needed!
Since I don't have any dollar coins myself, please let me know if any of the coin slots should be larger or smaller.

The ReSpool EuroVault is a 3D-printed coin sorter, designed to store and organize euro coins efficiently.

Thanks to its smart design, coins can be easily sorted and quickly retrieved.

The bottom of the sorter features engraved numbers, indicating which coin belongs in which slot—so you always have a clear overview!

Features:

✅ You can put about 100 € into the ReSpool EuroVault

Practical coin storage for all common euro coins (1 cent to 2 euros)
AMS-optimized print for multi-color designs
Support-free print for easy manufacturing
Flexible design:

  • By default, the EuroVault can be placed upright.
  • When combined with the ReSpool Organizer, it can also be easily tilted, allowing even better access to the coins.

Whether for everyday use or as a stylish addition to your setup – with the ReSpool EuroVault, you’ll always have your coins neatly sorted and within reach!

thank you for the quick response. Most coins are around the same size as US equivalents. Here is the full list of diameters in mm with variances: 5 cent - 21.2mm (0.01mm smaller than US) 10 cent - 18.03mm (0.12mm larger than US) 25 cents - 23.88mm (0.38mm smaller than US) 1 dollar - 26.5mm (0.01mm larger than US) 2 dollar - 28mm (No US Equivalent) The major coins used for regular transactions are our 25 cent, 1 dollar, and 2 dollar coins Other coins we have that aren't really used anymore so could be excluded pretty easily 1 cent - 19.05mm (same as US) (NOT PRODUCED ANYMORE) 50 cent - 27.13mm (3.48mm smaller than US) (Mostly a collectible item nowadays, not really used in transactions)

Would you also like a compartment for bills in the middle, like the dollar version? Otherwise, I can make it for you in a few days.

Since you asked so kindly, I’d be happy to take a look when I have a moment 😊 Could you maybe list all the coins that are used in the model, along with their exact diameter in millimeters?

Haha, I’m currently working on 4 projects at the same time, so I don’t have much free time at the moment. But feel free to reply here in the comments and let me know how big the coins are – and if I find a bit of time, I’ll try to make a version for you, okay? 😊

That's possible, but what would you like in its place? How should the remaining space be used?

I personally end up with more pennies and quarter, so maybe an extra 1C and 25c columns

"respooling" refers to the process of transferring filament from one spool to another. I was a bit confused when reading the name.

Yes, that's a good idea too, since you always have more of those. But thank you for the boost and the comment. I'm glad you like it so much 😌
