Description
Scooters are incredibly fun; children adore them. However, when stationary, they lack stability and often topple over from even slight bumps against walls. This can be inconvenient indoors, prompting me to design this stand.
The initial version only included the top piece, accommodating the front wheel. I encountered a minor issue; despite accurate measurements, raising the wheel altered the angle, compromising stability. Therefore, I created a second part, bonded with epoxy, incorporating a small feature for secure joining.
In a third iteration, I modified the base, adding a small protrusion on the left side. Stepping on this protrusion facilitates easier wheel removal.
The stand is crafted from PETG with 25% infill for added weight and durability.
