Description
Hi everyone,
I create a new knifedisk for my Husqvarna Automower 315 because my grass grwo to fast for the 3 knife version.
Currently i try the light version for more than 10 Months and till now it work without any issue.
It is a update to your Husqvarner from 3 Knifes to 9 knifes.
You just need 9 M4 Threaded inserts. And some Superglue.
With the superglue you have to glue the spacer ring.
I print my Disc in ABS but ASA or PETG shloud also work.
The Disc is designt for a 315 but it shloud work also for the 3XX Series.

Now you got the fixation/Adapter and the Disk separate.
The fixation need 5x m3 Threaded inserts.
The Knife disk need 9x m4 Threaded inserts.
I Print my fixation in PLA with a 0,4mm nozzle, but PETG or ABS should be the better choice.
The disk is in my case made of PLA-CF 0,6mm nozzle, just because i want to try the material.
It shloud also work with PETG or ABS.
In the Pictures you can see the new disk in green.
