Description

I wanted to use Ikea's Råskog/Raskog cart as a side table for a guest room, so I designed these containers.

They added organization and a pop of color!

Divided into 4 parts so they can be used as modules and are easy to print.

Printed great with Bambu's matte PLA

The main print profile is for the bigger(35x45x77cm) version of the Råskog;
There is also alternative print profile and files for the small(28x38x61 cm) version of the Råskog, make sure to check the version you have!

Only containers for the small version can be printed on the A1 mini.

(Some people in the comments reported carts with slightly different sizes. I recommend printing a pair of lids before the whole thing, so you can test how it fits, and if needed, scale the X and Y axis)

I had the problem where my cart was big too as seen on the first pic. I noticed after two boxes it’s okay I put them in a lower shelf that had the Bambu top on and it’s still useful. I measured my cart and resized the x and y to 202 x 146 on all the parts kept the z same height and now I have a good fit as seen in the second picture thank you! I also sliced a hole for some tissues in the lower right box lid.

The tissue opening is such a good idea! Do you want to post a print profile for it? Otherwise I can do it.

About the size, can you check if that is the case for every level of the cart? Each level has a slightly different size, the smaller one supposed to be on top, but I think you can assemble it in other positions. Bellow is a picture of the same print on the top and bottom levels, looks similar to yours.

I’ll go measure but they look the same on the bottom as they do the top. I didn’t try the middle.

Awesome. I cut some neoprene to size and it looks great. Works as amazing side piece in the sim rig. Thanks! Print notes: As others mentioned, print the lids to test fit before printing the container.

its not the correct size for the raskog, or maybe ikea increased the size or something?

yes, Ikea does change the size of it, also the different levels have different sizes. You can scale it to fit your own.

I printed two and they don’t fit properly, they are too big and move around a bunch. Thankfully figured it out before I printed all four.

I'm glad you figured it out! The small containers might still fit the other shelfs, as they have slightly different sizes.

@elisabeth.edh I just posted a print profile for the smaller version. Tested it here and fits great on the cart! bonus: it can be printed on the A1 mini or two parts at a time with the A1/P1/X1.
