Tension-adjustable sandpaper holder, 28-minute 10g print, completely 3D printed without any hardware, includes storage rack
Print Profile(4)

Description
An adjustable tension sandpaper clamp. Use 20mm wide sandpaper; length must exceed 124mm.
Completely 3D printed, no hardware required (The initial design incorporated metal screws and nuts, thus the images show both versions, but the uploaded print configuration uses only the hardware-free version).
3M wet-and-dry sandpaper is quite rigid, making it difficult to tension with ordinary clamps. Sharp corners also easily crease the paper. Therefore, this clamp features rounded corners and a tensioning block, adjustable via a rotating tensioning nut to firmly hold the sandpaper and prevent slippage.
My 3M wet-and-dry sandpaper collection includes five grits: #60, #40, #30, #15, #9, hence the design of this five-slot holder. Note that while the images show both six- and five-slot versions, the uploaded file is the five-slot variant.
Should you require more slots, leave a comment; I will upload an alternative when time permits.
I personally use this with pegboard: If anyone requires this, please leave a comment, and I will upload it to the pegboard accessories link.
