The model is entirely constructed from PETG; PLA lacks sufficient strength. The articulation incorporates two joint types: screw-actuated ball-and-socket joints with damping, and gear joints for the hand cannons. The completed model measures 40cm from base to cannon tip.

Hardware Components:
Metal springs are required for both the back and hand cannons.
Magnets are needed for the cockpit hatch.
Magnetically attached lights are required for the lighting features.

Articulation

The rear cannon can transition between walking and siege modes.
The hand cannons can launch small projectiles.
Leg articulation combines dampening and gear joints.
Arm articulation utilizes gear joints.

note:

1.This model presents a challenging print and assembly process, requiring familiarity with 3D printing techniques.

2.The original design's upper body is relatively heavy. While incorporating mechanical Godzilla-inspired ball-and-socket joints with screws for damping, support and damping may still be insufficient. Therefore, minimize infill in the upper body's print to reduce weight.

3.Certain joints employ gear mechanisms.

4.This model necessitates six 12mm diameter, 100mm long springs, and two 10mm diameter, 5mm thick magnetic LED lights.

5.Due to the numerous parts, they are uploaded in modules. Instructions are provided for one side only; the other is a mirror image. (Apologies for the rudimentary instructions.)

6.Please contact me immediately if you encounter missing parts or other issues; I will address them.

2025/04/01 Revisions

1:Added securing pegs for the cannon barrel and projectile files.

2:12mm diameter springs are recommended for the larger spring in the rear cannon.

3:Corrected the mirroring issue with the chest-back connecting screws.

The current joint design isn't perfect and may require revisions after my next project. Next project preview: Warcraft Fel Reaver Mech
