Description

I placed my A1 Mini in a space-saving manner on a small table. However, this left no room for the AMS Lite. After several attempts with purely 3D-printed mounts, I finally designed this adapter for a VESA monitor mount. Suitable VESA mounts are widely available starting at around 20€ / 20$.

In combination with a compatible mount, this model allows for flexible placement of the AMS Lite without restricting its functionality. Additionally, it can be printed without support structures.

I printed my mount using PLA. In a slightly angled position, it has been working flawlessly for over four weeks – even with nearly continuous use of four filament rolls. However, those who prefer a vertical position or want extra durability should opt for a material with higher impact resistance, such as ABS, ASA, or CF-reinforced plastics.

My preset profile includes 25% infill and increased wall thickness. Especially when using PLA, I recommend not going below these values to ensure a stable construction.
