Mini earplugs case

Mini earplug cases. Printable in just 30 minutes!

There are 3 different versions:

• Version 1 - Lenght 20 mm and diameter 14 mm (like 3M Classic yellow earplugs)
• Version 2 - Lenght 25 mm and diameter 14 mm (like 3M 1100 orange earplugs)

• Version 3 - Lenght 25 mm and diameter from 14 mm increasing up to 17mm (like SIR X-Flex orange earplugs)

   

• Case size version 1: length 31 mm, height 24.5 mm and width 21 mm
• Case size version 2: length 31 mm, height 30 mm and width 21 mm
• Case size version 3: length 36 mm, height 30 mm and width 24 mm

I used PLA Basic from Bambulab

*** UPDATE ***

If you have problems while printing with the hinge pin, you can use a piece of filament (D. 1,75 mm).

•  Cut about 20 mm of filament
•  Insert it into the holes
• Heat the two ends with a lighter and flatten them slightly to prevent it from moving
