DON'T PANIC / Hitchhiker's ID Card Holder (no AMS)

Just like the cover of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, this card holder says “DON'T PANIC” in large, friendly letters.

It fits common CR80 sized ID cards (54x86 mm).

Printed in three plates for different colored parts. Parts then should be glued together using the locating holes and pins. This way you don't need AMS to print this card holder. Printing a single plate with pauses in between the different colors was not an option because of the print orientation of the card holder itself.

The thickness is 3 mm without the letters and 5 mm including the letters.

I recommend printing in 0.1 mm layer height to get the best quality.  

A dry run before glue up is recommended to ensure right orientation for some of the letters.

There is an AMS print profile now, which is assembly-free and only 3 mm thick!
