Thank you for the rating and your comment. This is my first original design, and I only printed it on PEI plates because I didn't have the Cool Plate back then. :)

Slow outer wall way down slow down by height be sure printer is on a very stable surface and do smaller batches help alot, circular infill helps getting up to height cleanly as well! Keep in mind 2 things when printing rods of this type vertically, use ta thicker (24/28) layer height, a low layer height makes these types of cylinder much more suspectible to breaking aapart at any week layer (because each layer is sooo small.. if printed horizontally the layers are MUJCH larger so weak layers tend to not cause so many problems) In addiitiion you may want to split the parts into the heads and the shafts (with heads printed business end down so they can be perfectly smooth for even paint application) its a setting in bambu studio while cutting to add a variety of connectors to any objects.. GL with your tool printing adventures!

Other Issues:Quite a few didn't turn out okay which is a shame and a waste of material but I'm very happy to have the ones that were unharmed, they're really nice tools

How do you recommend printing these models in proximity to one another? Or what distance should there be between them?

Must the handle components be printed separately, and if so, how are they assembled? Is adhesive required?

That's difficult to say precisely. A distance of approximately 1 cm should suffice

I tried this twice with PLA and it didn’t get halfway through it. All the supports kept falling down and they all broke before they got halfway built. I canceled twice I guess it I could salvage maybe six so I just canceled didn’t work for me.
