Holder for Klein Tools Digital Angle Finder
Print Profile(1)

Description
This was designed to hold a Klein Tools 935DAG Digital Angle Gauge when using a tubing bender. It takes a ¼-20 threaded bolt or rod to clamp to the tube. An indexing arrow has been added to the top of the holder frame for alignment.
The gauge accepts 1" to 2.5" tubing. The Digital Angle Gauge is friction fit, but nubs have been included to keep it from falling out.
There are 6 aligners that can be printed as well. Each aligner has an indexing pointer and is meant to help better center the tubing in the frame while also allowing the frame to be indexed to a reference line for consistent axis alignment. The aligners are sized for 1", 1.125", 1.25", 1.5", 1.75", and 2" tubing.
The print profile contains two variations of the holder frame; a square nut version and a hex nut version.
- The square version requires the ¼-20 nut to be printed in place.
- The hex version allows the nut to be inserted after the print has finished.
Print time for 1 model is only 2.2h. Because there are two variations, and the aligners, in the profile it is showing the print time as more than double (6.1h). All pointers and dimensions are their own solids, so changing colors is as easy as selecting the object and changing the filament; no need to paint anything.
The slot for the needed Hillman ¼-20 square nut is 11mm x 11mm x 5.8mm. Before printing, measure your nut to ensure it will fit the model.

The slot for the needed Hillman ½-20 hex nut is 11.5mm x 6mm (measured flat to flat). Before printing, measure your nut to ensure it will fit the model.
The aligners require these 10mm x 10mm x 1mm square washers. These washers prevent the screw from wearing or pushing through the plastic with repeated use.

Pauses have been added for the Square Nut and Aligners to insert the specified hardware. Confirm the pause is for the correct layer before proceeding with the print. It is also recommended to place the nut and washers on the print bed to preheat them before inserting them during the pause.
