Clip for Ender 3 Neo cable and bowden management

This is a versatile and quick to print clip to help neaten up the cable and bowden tube arrangement above the print head. Doing this has prevented jams against the gantry and helped manage the cables without the excess of a cable spine. The bowden tube can still move freely and the cable mesh is only lightly gripped so there's no damage to wires. The clip locks in place with a forceful click but can still be easily opened again.
