Description

This is a narrow spray nozzle I created to use with a home built keg and fermenter washer.

I have a stainless steel ball head but it does not fit inside my 8 litre Kegland Oxebar kegs or 10 litre stainless steel kegs.

This is a female ½ BSP connection with a cylindrical section above it. I designed it this way as I was not sure how many sprays I wanted, and particularly because I wanted to manage the amount of water coming in, as draining back into the bucket is a issue with the narrow neck.

I drilled holes in the top until I got good coverage across the sprays.

I used my thread die holder (see my models) to cut ½ BSP threads on Screwfix 20mm uPVC conduit, and screw the spray head straight onto the end of the pipe.
