Gaggia Classic Steam Knob

Description
A Gaggia Classic replacement steam knob. There's a hole in the side which is intended to be tapped M4 to accept a setscrew to tighten down on the flat of the steam valve shaft (Note: this thread is not 3D printed and will require to be tapped). I used a nylon tipped setscrew so that it wouldn't mar the shaft.
The steam valve shaft can reach in excess of 150°C, so the steam knob will need to be printed out of a plastic capable of those temperatures, for which I used nylon.
