Leprechaun Hat fidget - no AMS required

Description
Update June 9, 2025: Made a change to the model for inner 2 rings as used to be a chance that inner most part could flip while up in hat before the rest when collapsing and turning upside down and now it cannot do that.
This is a print in place fidget that does not require an AMS although makes it easier as do not have to manually change filament if desire black band. The belt buckle prints separate and mine push fit on but I advise to add a drop of CA / superglue to affix as can pop off easily. Having the buckle print separate makes the model only require 2 filament changes versus a bunch if was modeled on it.
