Boost Me (for free)

Did you know? MakerWorld gives out free Boost tokens to active users! These tokens can be used to support any model you love -- at no cost to you. You may not even know that you have Boost tokens. But they are a big help to creators. Please show your appreciation by boosting the models that you like.

This model is new and improved. I uploaded a new version 2 print profile that changes the geometry of the top part (rack) that holds necklaces and bracelets. The old version could be a bit slippery, especially for long necklaces. This new version lets you loop long necklaces multiple times, so they stay on the holder, and don't slip down.

There is also a new bottom part (base) that includes an extra row of earring holders. Enjoy!

***********

My wife enjoys her jewelry much more when it is displayed in front of her, where she can easily see it and choose what she wants to wear each day. That is the inspiration for this model.

This design is a hybrid of my Earring Holder model, and my Necklace and Bracelet Holder model. It includes most of the space for earrings, in the front, and a rack for hanging necklaces and bracelets in the back.

The design uses sliding dovetails to attach feet to the bottom, and to attach the necklace and bracelet rack to the top. The necklace and bracelet rack has a couple of bridges that your slicer may complain about. But they print fine for me without supports. The photos show how everything fits together.

If you find that the feet don't fit snugly into the base, you can scale the feet up a bit. 101% should be enough to make them fit snugly.

This is fantastic, exactly what my GF was looking for! I'm not to good at CAD is there a world in which one with an interface to clip it onto peg board is possible?

I am intrigued by the idea. But the only way it makes sense to me is if you attach it on the end, which will make it stick out from the peg board quite a lot. If you orient it another way the peg board would block access to the front or the back. What did you have in mind?

She was thinking as it would be something you would clip onto the peg board when not in use and when you are selecting them you would take if off and place it down (perhaps on the feet it already has? I don't know if they slide in and out but if when placed on board the feet would slide to be flush with the peg board side and when taken off / in use you could slide the feet to support the stand on both sides like you have in your design?) on a table to try different earrings on having access to both front and back? Then when your done and you've selected what you want to place it back for storage. hope that makes sense?

A couple of hooks that attach to the peg board, that the earring holder can hang on?
