Description

This is a remix of the Streamlight Rail Mount tape switch to an M-lok rail adapter.  It has been shortend by cutting out a section of the mount to support the smaller Streamlight Straight Momentary Presure Switch.  I have also enlarged the switch mount holes to accomidate the inserting of brass threaded inserts.   This remix continues to support the cable management feature that allows the routing of the cable underneath the mount.   The adapter is fastned to the M-Lok rails with Magpul MAG615 t-nut replacements.  I have mine mounted on a M-Lok carbine handguard.

Items needed are listed below.

I suggest inserting the threaded brass inserts from the bottom on the adapter to ensure that the threaded inserts are less likely to be pulled out.   When installing the adapter; run the cable through the cable paths first: secure the adapter on the M-LOK rail; slide the preasure switch into the adapter and secure; and finally carefully pull the cable to remove the desired slack.
