Description

Summary

Designed a mount to hold a Dell D6000 dock to the bottom of a desk. It is designed to slide in from the back with a clip built in to add friction to hold it in place.

The holes are setup for #8 pan head screws.

Features:

  • Tool-less install/removal of the dock
  • 1/4 in gap on top for airflow
  • It holds things to the bottom of the desk (can you tell I'm running out of features for a dock holder)
  • The two sides are separate so it can be printed on a small printer.

Included in the download on top of the 3d files is the Fusion 360 f3d file so edits can be made. Also, you may find printing this template handle to align the screws (print in actual size); template included in documentation.
