Description

LumiCube Corcelain Stand

Hey there! Meet the LumiCube (ルミキューブ) a little accessory I designed to go with the Corcelain. It’s this sleek cube frame with a glowing "lightbulb" part that screws into the base of your Corcelain piece, hanging down to cast a soft, cozy glow. I got the idea from the clean, elegant vibes of Japanese design and wanted to mix that with something modern and useful. The LumiCube doesn’t just look cool - it totally elevates your Corcelain set, giving it a warm, inviting feel that’s perfect for relaxing evenings. Use it to illuminate a planter, cast a light under a decor or if printed in something heat resistant - actually heat the contents of your Corcelain :)

Design Details

  • Cube Frame:
    • Size when assembled: 11 cm on each side (nice and compact!)
    • Thickness: 1 cm for each part
    • It’s got a top and bottom piece that snap together with pegs and holes—super easy to assemble.
  • "Lightbulb" Part:
    • Stands about 6 cm tall
    • Hangs down roughly 5 cm once it’s attached to your Corcelain piece

Assembly Instructions

  • Start with the cube frame: just line up the pegs on the bottom piece with the holes on the top piece and press them together. Want it extra solid? A tiny bit of glue works wonders.
  • Next, take the "lightbulb" part and screw it into the base of your Corcelain Triangle or Circle piece.
  • Then, set the Corcelain piece (with the "lightbulb" attached) onto the cube’s top, letting the "lightbulb" dangle inside the frame. That’s it—you’re done!

After that place a tealight in the “lightbulb” and enjoy the glow.

Printing Recommendations

The print profile has a pre-set support for the “lighbulb” and infill pattern to make the parts print without a hitch. For even better results, I recommend printing the “cube” on smooth plate.

Filament

  • Cube Frame: BambuLab PLA Basic Cocoa Brown
  • "Lightbulb" Part: BambuLab PLA Basic Jade White

Happy Printing!

This is awesome! I don't have any Corcelain, but if I did I would totally print it!

Thanks man! I really appreciate it! Btw: did you know real porcelain is translucent? That makes for cool effects :)
