A adapter for small filament spools, for the AMS (X1, P1) from Bambulab.

The entire adapter weighs less than 90g!

This means you get 11 spool adapters made from 1kg of filament.

The adapter can be used flexibly and should therefore fit any smaller spool.

No additional adapter rings or similar are necessary for adjustment. Simply place the spool on one half, center it and screw the other half of the adapter onto it. Due to the screwing and the flexibility of the printed adapter, which is given by its design, the spool is held in place. Do not screw the two halves together too tightly, just gently and carefully. It does not require much force.

It couldn't be easier!

Note that I tried PLA and that material works very well. If you want to dry the filament with an adapter, you must use another material such as ABS or PETG. That shouldn't be a problem.

Ein Adapter für kleinere Filamentspulen, für das AMS (X1, P1) von Bambulab.

Der gesamte Adapter wiegt weniger als 90g!

Das bedeutet, dass Sie 11 Spulenadapter aus 1 kg Filament erhalten.

Der Adapter ist flexibel einsetzbar und sollte daher auf jede kleinere Spule passen. Zur Anpassung sind keine zusätzlichen Adapterringe o.ä. notwendig. Legen Sie einfach die Spule auf eine Hälfte, zentrieren Sie sie und schrauben Sie die andere Hälfte des Adapters darauf. Durch die Verschraubung und die konstruktionsbedingte Flexibilität des gedruckten Adapters wird die Spule gehalten. Schrauben Sie die beiden Hälften nicht zu fest aufeinander, nur leicht mit Gefühl. Es ist nicht viel Kraft dafür notwendig.

Es könnte nicht einfacher sein!

Beachten Sie, dass ich PLA ausprobiert habe und dieses Material sehr gut funktioniert. Wenn Sie das Filament mit Adapter trocknen wollen, müssen Sie ein anderes Material, wie ABS oder PETG verwenden. Das sollte kein Problem sein.
