Description

FIdget Cube for Mechanical Keyboard Switches. Snap-in 6 standard MX-switches (optionally with keycaps) and enjoy. I use this to compare different keyboard switches and as a fidget toy when on the go.

There are 2 profiles - with and without brim. If you have Bambu's Cool Plate - you can easily print without brim - it will make the model cleaner and will not require post-processing. Otherwise, you will need to manually remove the brim and cut of the excess.

They should snap in just right. I've tester on over 100 switches. Akko switches hold the weakest (but still snap in), and Gateron Quinn are like 0.1 mm larger and snap in, but are really hard to remove. However, it might depend on tolerances and color. I will add a more robust design with tighter tolerances. Right now you can insert switches in any orientation, but I will add a model with limited orientations, but more reliable grip

I had the same issue with the switches not fitting. I dropped the scale of the print to 97.20 in every dimension, and that solved the issue!
