Description

Replacement BNC Antenna hole cover, was designed for use with wireless microphones and wireless IEM systems when rack mounted.  Can be printed in different colors to identify the receiver if you wish.

Since different manufactures have slightly different size holes drilled in their equipment, this was designed slightly larger and intended to print with TPU to have it compress slightly to fit in the hole and hold in place, while being as universal as possible.  I used Hatchbox Black TPU and it came out pretty well.  I have tested with a few Shure and Sennheiser systems for compatibility, Shure OEM SLX/ULX rack mount, Shure aftermarket rackmount, Shure UA844, and Sennheiser XSW Rack mount.

If you prefer a hard plastic version, you might need to adjust the diameter of the partial circle to be an exact fit, if you adjust the size to perfectly fit you can print with PLA and it will hold very well, the original attempt was actually printed in PLA, but changed to TPU due to the non-standardization of these.
