Throw the supplied pole with the ground spike back into the cartoon and use this.
For direct mounting on any flat surface. Can be mounted with a screw up to 6 mm in diameter. This should be able to withstand any wind. I screwed it directly into the concrete edge of my garage with an 8 mm dowel and a 6 mm bolt.
Outdoor conditions
Heat, cold and UV radiation can be hard on some plastics.
Only ASA (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate copolymer) is properly UV-resistant and can be recommended for outdoor use without restriction.
You should use ASA. Attention ASA needs a release layer, otherwise your PEI printing plate will be ruined. Use a glue stick!
If you can't or don't want to use ASA, PETG or ABS would be an alternative, but are less UV stable.
Printing
I used Bambu Lab ASA-CF with a 0.6 mm nozzle, smooth PEI build plate and Bambu Lab glue stick.
As the model is small, a closed printer is not absolutely necessary and printing should also be possible on a P1P, A1 or A1 mini.
Installation

The surface does not need to be flat, but should be reasonably level. Drill a hole in the surface on which you want to mount the RTK station. In my case, the concrete edge of my garage. 6*30mm dowel is perfectly adequate.

Make sure that the recess points towards you or to the front, as the locking screw of the RTK station must be screwed in on this side later.
Use a screw that matches the dowel, in my case a 4.5x50 mm SPAX screw made of V2A stainless steel. Use a washer so that the head of the screw cannot damage the plastic. You don't need to tighten the screw like a gorilla, hand-tight is enough.

Insert the RTK station into the adapter and secure it with the corresponding screw. The recess will help you to align it correctly.

Support for this model helps fund 3D printing in a local school in Lower Saxony, Germany. Contributions go toward printers and filament for student maker and robotics clubs, including preparation for "Jugend forscht" competitions. Likes, follows, and boosts help increase visibility and indirectly support hands-on technical education.

Bill of Materials Notice: Hero Shot models are usually printed in Bambu Lab PLA Basic, primarily Pumpkin Orange, Purple and Matte Charcoal Black. The Bill of Materials contains the recommended filament for the model, which may differ from the filament used for the photos.
