+++BIG UPDATE +++

Version 2.0 is now online. What's different?

  • Version for H-series as a complete part
  • Version for X/A/P-series as two part
  • Extraction adapter with bayonet lock, meaning no more gluing
  • Internal structure slightly adjusted to improve extraction airflow

The new design also allows me as a designer to easily develop new adapter sizes

IMPORTANT: The bayonet lock is designed as a tight fit, so please don't be surprised if it's too stiff during assembly

I would still appreciate a coffee or a Boost :)

I really enjoy my Metabo DH330 but dust collection really sucks!

Everywhere is dust and the worst part: you can't close the lid of the back!

So I designed a part where you can remove two (!) parts from your original and replace it with my print!

What you get:

  • better dust collection
  • lid is closeable
  • better maintenance
  • easy storage

You have to print 4 parts and glue them together. If you want to make sure they will hold and stay together you can increase the strength with tape.

Diameter dust collection: 50mm

+++UPDATE+++

I designed a 100mm adapter and released a print profile. Just print this and glue to the main body instead of the 50mm part from the original.

Enjoy it :)

Enjoy your woodworking :)

If you like the model, I would be very happy if you would invite me for a coffee! :)
