AMS Filament Jam Terminator V2.0 Has Arrived!!!!

Upgrade: 1. The enclosure has been upgraded to a rigid connection, using the original mounting points to secure the elevating frame

2. The locking mechanism has been upgraded, using the original locking mechanism to secure the elevating frame

3. The spring pressure mechanism has been upgraded to a Teflon tube rolling point contact

Let's revisit the pain points for multi-color users:When the filament spool is almost empty and the weight is reduced; when the spool is a paper spool and even deformed; when the diameter and width of filament spools from different manufacturers vary; frequent multi-color switching, you must have encountered too many times when filament cannot be fed in, cannot be retracted, printing is delayed or even fails, causing you so much trouble.

Of course, you haven't given up fighting: you've added weights, you've created paper spool frames, you've configured extended versions of the feed protection, you've even added shafts in the middle of the spools, and so on...

But it all seems to have helped and not helped...

Now it's all good, the AMS Filament Jam Terminator V2.0 is here, it can provide extra downward pressure to maintain sufficient friction between the spool and the feed roller, and because of the spring, its force is changing, and it won't get stuck, I have tested it on four AMS modifications on my two P1S printers, and the effect is greatly improved compared to the V1.0 version.
