Road bike tool box. The back cover is a Garmin Varia. The box contains a spare tube, two CO2 cartridges, spoons and a multitool. My seatpost is 27.8mm. On the second plate, I added rubber washers to secure the carbon seatpost, but Petg will also work. I printed my box in ABS but I have a heated chamber in my P1S (DIY). If you don't have one, I think PETG or ASA will be better. The photo shows a box with my club's logo. I placed the inscription "Aero SPEED" on the design. If you don't want it, I provided no text version too. You can also add your own inscription (I like it better with an inscription). The inscription is concave 0.1 mm. Box is attached to the seatpost with 3mm bolts and nuts. I designed a second model with an aero seatpost. I have provided all the seatpost dimensions in the photo attached to the profile. The box in the next photo is with the Cannondale SystemSix bike.

I’ve uploaded version 2.0. I strongly recommend printing this version as it’s more robust. Additionally, I reduced the clamp diameter to 28.4 mm. I’m keeping the previous version available due to slight differences in the shape of the rear plugs (in case someone breaks or loses one, they can print it separately). Otherwise, v2 will be the better choice.

For cyclists who want to use a Garmin Varia aero box without the Garmin Varia device, I’ve designed a custom rear cap to replace it. This component seamlessly closes the tool box mounted to the seatpost, maintaining the aerodynamic profile and functionality of the original setup.
